RCB stampede compensation: Outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, on June 4, RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore) and star cricketer Virat Kohli, including other Khiladis, became a stampede. Now Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have made a big announcement on this sad incident. The franchise has said to provide economic help to the families of 11 fans who lost their lives in the accident.

The franchise has said in its official statement that financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh will be given to the victim families. Also, a special fund named ‘RCB Cares’ is also being started to help the injured fans in the accident.

RCB said in its statement- our fans are always closest to our heart. In this difficult time we are united and stand with the victims with full condolences and support.

At the same time, a hearing was also held in the Karnataka High Court on 5 June. Where the Karnataka government told the High Court that more than 1,000 police personnel including the city Police Commissioner, DCP and ACP were deployed to oversee the law and traffic system around the stadium. A day earlier, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivkumar claimed that 5,000 policemen were present to control the mob.

The team of RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore) won Punjab Kings (PBKS) by 6 runs on June 3, thus she became the first winner in the 18th season of IPL.
