Jasprit Bumrah’s special message encouraged Kangaroo cricketer … Now WTC will cut Gadar in the final – JSPRIT Bumrah Message Filled Cameron Green With Confidence Ahead of His Surgery Wtc Final Sa vs Aus NTCPBM

Before the surgery of Australian cricketer Cameron Green’s back surgery, Indian fast bowler Jaspreet Bumrah’s ‘special’ message boosted her morale. Green had a ‘stress fracture’ last year. Although the injury could naturally recover in 9 to 12 months, he decided to undergo surgery in October.

Green told reporters, ‘Jaspreet Bumrah contacted me a night before undergoing surgery. He was playing a Test match for the Indian team at that time. Green said, ‘Some such things are really special and you feel very good. My confidence has increased considerably by meeting a person like him and seeing them performing brilliantly in Australia.

Green was part of Mumbai Indians (Mi) in the 2023 IPL season. At that time Bumrah was out of the team to overcome surgery. He also missed playing 2022 T20 World Cup due to this surgery. However, he made a great comeback after surgery and contributed significantly in making India a T20 World Cup champion last year after reaching the final of the 2023 ODI World Cup.

Bumrah then became the best player of the series with 32 wickets in 5 matches in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The 26 -year -old Green also received encouraging response from other bowlers going through a similar surgery.

Green told the ‘unpalable podcast’ of ‘Cricket.com.com AU’, ‘(of operation) The main reason was to separate some extra parts of the bone. Obviously, there was some trouble in my ‘L4’ and an additional bone had developed on that part of the spine.

He said, ‘I was also having trouble bowing due to this bone. This extra bone was under pressure on the second bones, causing problems there too. It is very rare in the case of back injury.

Cameron Green has got a place in the Australian team for the World Test Championship (WTC) final against South Africa from 11 June. Green is expected to play as expert batsman in the WTC final. He has managed to return to the Test team on the basis of three centuries in five county cricket matches for Gloustershire.

He said, ‘One positive aspect of back injury is that I have got only four opportunities to become a batsman. I think my game is more good at that time (the team will be included as a batsman). I will always keep bowling, but in such a situation you have to pay full attention to only one aspect of your game.

He further said, ‘When you are both bowling and batting, you have to do a lot in terms of bowling to keep yourself fit and ready to play. This affects the batting a bit. In such a situation, it is definitely good to bat.

Australian team for WTC final: Pat Cummins (captain), Scott Bolland, Alex Carrie, Cameron Green, Josh Hazlewood, Travis Head, Josh English, Usman Khwaja, Sam Costas, Mat Kuhman, Marnas Labushen, Nathan Lion, Steve Smith, Michele Stark, Bu Webster.
Traveling Reserve: Brandon Doget.
