Team India’s left -handed batsman Tilak Verma finished third in the ICC men’s T20 International batting rankings, while spinners Varun Chakraborty and Ravi Bishnoi retained the third and seventh position in the latest bowling chart respectively, which was released on Wednesday.
Tilak is now behind Abhishek Sharma (second place) with 804 rating points. Australia’s Travis Head is at the top of the batting chart, while Suryakumar Yadav moved to the sixth position. He is the only other Indian player in the top 10. Apart from Chakravarti (706) and Bishnoi (674) in the bowling rankings, left -arm fast bowler Arshdeep Singh is also among the top 10 with 653 points.

Hardik Pandya tops the top with 252 rating points in the list of all -rounders. Among other players, England’s Adil Rashid finished second by jumping one place in the bowling rankings after a spectacular performance in a 3–0 T20 series against the West Indies. Rashid, 37, recorded figures of 1/22 in Chester-Le-Street, 1/59 in Bristol and 2/30 in Southampton, defeating Vanindu Hasranga and Varun Chakraborty. Rashid now has 710 points, which is just 13 points behind New Zealand’s Jacob Dafi (723).

Rashid’s partner Bridan Cars jumped 16 places with two wickets in the last two matches and is now in 52nd position with 493 points. England’s Ben Docket rushed to 16th position after leaping 48 runs after playing a fiery innings of 84 runs off 46 balls in the final T20 match. At the same time, Harry Brook jumped six places to a joint 38th position.
West Indies captain Shai Hope jumped 14 places in two innings by scoring 14 places, while Rowman Powell joined the top 20 after scoring an unbeaten 79 off 45 balls in the final match. All -rounder Jason Holder also made progress, jumped at the series by 70 runs and 16 places with a wicket to move 26th in the all -rounder rankings.
