Along with this century, the name of Markram has been connected to the club of great batsman Don Bradman. Marakram has become the sixth visiting batsman to score a Test century at Lord’s. Bradman was the first to score a century on this ground, who scored an unbeaten 102 in a Test against England in 1938. Marakram also equaled a record of compatriot Grame Smith.
