The Indian cricket team has to play a five -match Test against England from 20 June. Indian players are busy preparing for this Test series. Under this, Indian players are playing a four-day Intra-Squad Match (match), which is being played in closed doors on the county ground of Bekenham.

On the first day of this intra-voice match i.e. 13 June (Friday), KL Rahul and Indian captain Shubman Gill performed brilliantly with the bat. Both players managed to score half -centuries. Shubman Gill is going to start his new innings in Test cricket as captain. After Rohit Sharma’s retirement, he was made the captain of the Test team. However, Shubman’s Test record has not been good in England. He has scored 88 runs playing 3 Tests in England. During this time his highest score was 28 runs.

The first match of the five -match Test series between India and England will be played from June 20 at the Leeds Cricket Ground in Handingley. Then the next Test will be held from 2 to 6 July at Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham. The third Test match is to be played in Lord’s from 10 July to 14 July. Manchester’s Old Trafford Maidan will host the fourth Test from July 23 to July 27. At the same time, the fifth and last match of the series will be played from 31 July to 4 August at The Oval, London.
