According to Instagram Bio, Adrian Le Rocks is a sports scientist and belongs to Cape Town. Le Rocks is interested in sports like cycling, triathlon. In these games, Rocks are often seen participating. Le Rocks has been India’s first Strength and Conditioning Coach. From January 2002 to May 2003, he took this responsibility.
He then started a new fitness culture in the then Indian team led by Sourav Ganguly. Le Rocks became the strength and conditioning coach of the South African team in June 2003. He stayed with the South African team till August 2007. The Punjab has been a part of the Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
