In this case, RCB’s marketing head Nikhil Sosale was arrested on Friday.

But now Sosale has filed a petition in the Karnataka High Court, calling his arrest illegal and arbitrary. Sosale appealed to the court that his arrest is a violation of fundamental rights and is a result of a political pressure. At the same time, Karnataka Cricket Association (KSCA) has opted out in this whole matter.

Arrest on oral instruction of CM, claim in petition

In the petition, Sosale said- it is clear that the time and method of arrest of the petitioner shows that the arrest was made on the oral instructions of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, in which no investigation process was followed, this arrest is malicious and the responsibility of the accident is an attempt to forcibly put the RCB and his officials.

KSCA brightened Palla, convicted government and organizers
At the same time, in this case, the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) has completely separated itself from the program. The Sangh said in a statement that the state government had taken the decision of the honor ceremony of the winner RCB team and this program was organized in Vidhan Saudh.

According to KSCA, neither he planned this ceremony nor organized it, nor played any administrative role. The Sangh blamed the government, RCB franchise and event organizers for this mismanagement.
