2010 Under-19 World Cup Final: Against Pakistan, Hazlewood took 4 wickets for the Australian Under-19 team for 30 runs in 8.4 overs. Pakistan’s team was reduced to 82 runs chasing a target of 208 runs. Hazelwood received the Player of the Match Award.

2012 Champions League T20 Final: In four overs for Sydney Sixers, he took 3 wickets for 22 runs against South Africa’s Lions team. Lions were covered by Sydney for 121 runs and then easily achieved the target. Hazlewood’s team once again became the champion.

2014 Sheffield Shield Final: For New South Wales (NSW), he took 6 wickets for 50 runs in 22 overs against West Australia. The match ended on a draw and New South Wales won the trophy due to finishing first in the points table.

2015 World Cup Final: He could not take wickets in the final of the World Cup 2015 against New Zealand. He gave 30 runs. This was the first final in which Hazlewood did not get success. Despite this, Australia won the title by defeating New Zealand under the captaincy of Michael Clarke.

IPL 2021: Playing for Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Hazlewood bowled four overs in the final of IPL 20221. During this, he took two wickets for 29 runs. The Chennai team defeated Kolkata and won the title.
