Lee Rocks are quite experienced

A worthy sports scientist in Cape Town, Lee Rocks has a strong reputation to be the best in this business. He was the strength and conditioning coach of the South African men’s team from June 2003 to August 2007. He also worked as a major strength and conditioning coach in the Cricket South Africa structure from May 2018 to June 2024. Apart from being 6 years in the set-up of Punjab Kings, Lee Rocks were the strength and conditioning coaches of Kolkata Knight Riders from January 2008 to December 2019.
