India vs Pakistan Match: The ICC has announced the schedule of Women’s ODI World Cup 2025. The tournament will be held in the host of India and Sri Lanka. The World Cup will begin on 30 September. For the first time the Women’s ODI is going to be in India after 2013. Eight teams will participate in it. There will be an opening match between India and Sri Lanka at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

High-voltage match on 5 October

The Indian team will then face Pakistan at the R Premdasa Stadium in Colombo on 5 October. This will be a high-voltage match between the two rippling. Due to tension between India and Pakistan, this match will be on neutral venue.

Hybrid model was compromised

As per an agreement on the hybrid model between BCCI and PCB, Pakistan will play all its matches in Colombo. This decision has been taken due to stressful relations between India and Pakistan. Due to this, India decided to play in Dubai by not playing the 2025 Champions Trophy matches in Pakistan. In response, the PCB had said that Pakistan will not travel to India for tournaments in the near future.

Australia campaign

The current champion Australia will launch its campaign against New Zealand at Holkar Stadium in Indore on 1 October. After this, the Kangaroo team will take on Pakistan in Colombo on 8 October. The important match between Australia and England will be held in Indore on 22 October.

Final will be held on 2 November

The tournament will be held with three knockout matches after 28 league matches. The matches will be played in Bengaluru, Indore, Guwahati, Visakhapatnam and Colombo. The first semi -final will be held on 29 October in Guwahati or Colombo. While the second semi -final will take place on 30 October in Bengaluru. The final will be played on 2 November in Bengaluru or Colombo.
